The artwork

Originals are one of a kind. Each original is the exact piece pictured, sold once, and marked as sold when it finds a home.

Prints are made to order in the size you choose, and to preserve the original artwork without cropping each print is centered with a white border that varies according to the artwork's proportions. Colors may vary slightly between screens and the printed piece. Every effort is made to represent the work faithfully.

Shipping

Unsigned prints and card sets are produced to order by my print partner and shipped directly from their nearest facility to reach you quickly. Please allow 5 to 10 business days.

Prints with a signature come to my studio first, where each one is checked for quality and signed by hand before it goes out to you. Because of this extra step, please allow 10 to 20 business days. Signed prints ship within the US and Canada only.

Originals are packed by hand with care and ship within 3 to 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation when your order is on its way. Shipping times within the US vary by destination.

Custom cat portraits are painted to order in the order they arrive. Most are finished and on their way within 2 to 4 weeks, a little longer in busy stretches, and I will keep you posted along the way.

Shipping rates are charged once per order. In the US, orders with an original painting or a custom portrait are $20, and prints and card sets ship free. To Canada, orders with an original or custom portrait are $45. Unsigned prints and card sets are a flat $15 to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and much of Europe.

Other countries and overseas originals: I am happy to ship worldwide with a custom quote. Email karinwinterart@gmail.com with your postal code and the pieces you would like, and I will send the exact shipping cost and a payment link. Customs, import fees, and local taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & damage

Because prints are made to order, they cannot be returned for a change of mind. If a print arrives damaged or incorrect, email karinwinterart@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and a replacement or refund will be arranged right away.

Original artwork sales are final. If an original arrives damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days with photos so I can make it right.
