The artwork

Originals are one of a kind. Each original is the exact piece pictured, sold once, and marked as sold when it finds a home.

Prints are made to order. Each print is sized to 11 × 14 inches, and to preserve the original artwork without cropping it is centered with a white border that varies according to the artwork's proportions. Colors may vary slightly between screens and the printed piece. Every effort is made to represent the work faithfully.

Shipping

Prints are made to order by my print shop, then sent to me for quality inspection and signing before they ship to you. Because of this two-step process, please allow 10–20 business days for print orders. Originals are packed by hand with care and ship within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation when your order is on its way. Shipping times within the US vary by destination; international orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & damage

Because prints are made to order, they cannot be returned for a change of mind. If a print arrives damaged or incorrect, email karinwinterart@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and a replacement or refund will be arranged right away.

Original artwork sales are final. If an original arrives damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days with photos so we can make it right.
