Cats in Gouache

My gouache cats are all about color, personality, and creating a little world for each cat to inhabit.

I place them in playful still-life scenes filled with patterned fabrics, flowers, plants, quilts, and everyday objects, using unexpected color combinations and loose, painterly marks. Each cat becomes its own character, surrounded by a scene that feels colorful, curious, and just a little bit whimsical.
